What Time Do the runs start?
As all our runs are self-coordinated, you can choose to run at anytime which suits your convenience. Once complete, you can send us your times to be uploaded to our Results page.
What do I get with registration?

All participants will receive:
– This Year’s Themed Run Shirt
– Water Carabiner
– Drawstring Bag
– Optional (Downloadable) Runners Bib
– Finisher’s Award

My swag bag hasn't arrived yet. Can i get a tracking number?

Yes! We typically send our packages out one week prior to your run, to arrive before you race date. If your package hasn’t arrived by the Friday of your race date, you can email us and we can provide you with a tracking number!

my medal didn't come in my packet. what do i do?

Don’t fret! We send all medals separately, so they may arrive before or after your run package does. If your medal hasn’t arrived by the Friday of your run date, you can send us an email and we can provide an update for you.

Can I GET A Refund?
Unfortunately, we can’t issue refunds. However, as the runs are self-coordinated, you can choose to complete your run whenever is convenient for you.
Do I have to use the map that is provided by you?

Not at all! We provide the maps to take out the guesswork for our participants, however you can run anywhere and at anytime you choose. Once your run is complete, you can send us your time to be uploaded under our Results page.

Can I pick up My run packet?
All run packages will be shipped directly to you, so no pickup is required. Please ensure that your billing/delivery address on your ACTIVE.com profile is correct, as we send packages to that address.
